DIP MMOD 6772 with rotary table. X axis oscillates on zero.
If X axis is off, all others zeros.
When machine on, estop off, interlock pushed, jaws open wide. This should not happen.
Swapped some cards.
Swapped servo and dac feedback cards between x and y axis.
Suspect rotary table switches or cabling are defective or intermittent.
Solution:
The problem was on the Head card where the flex cable connects, one pin on the connector was broken.
Replacing the card or repairing the pin fixed the problem.
