Unidec’s Mission Statement

Unidec’s mission is to provide personal repair service to electronic manufacturers. "Your Personal Repair Service" is our guiding principle. "Your" states that our focus is on a single individual who represents our client. The relationship is between the Unidec representative and the person representing our client. We will treat them with respect and put our best manners forward in all communications. Our motivation and drive comes from solving our client’s problem by using our will to overcome all obstacles. We exist because our clients appreciate our dedication and resolve - they do not need us, we need them. "Personal" reflects our values. We will always speak to our client representative in a friendly manner- we will listen to them attentively. Because our relationship with our client is personal, we will never capitalize from their misfortune or situation.
